Leading independent broker, the Clear Group has announced the acquisition of H R Jennings & Co Ltd. This latest deal represents the 31st acquisition made by CLEAR since it was established in 2001.
Established in 1922 and based in South Croydon, H R Jennings & Co specialise provides aviation and small craft insurance, while also handling business, home, travel and motor insurance. The addition of H R Jennings & Co will expand CLEAR’s niche insurance capability and enables the business to offer more diverse and specialised insurance solutions to help its customers.
