Renovation Plan, the specialist home renovation insurance provider, announces AXA as their new designated insurer for all insurance products.
Part of the Aston Lark group, Renovation Plan has been offering insurance solutions for renovations, extensions, conversions, self-builds and new-builds for almost 20 years. Renovation Plan is also the only home renovation insurance scheme approved by the British Insurance Brokers’ Association.
The new partnership with AXA means that Renovation Plan is now aligned with one of the world’s largest insurers, enabling them to add further enhancements to their insurance offering. The key additions include:
- Increased total sum insured limit of £10m
- Lower minimum premium on Renovation Plan’s most advanced cover, Premier Plus (was £697, now £529)
- £5m Public Liability now available as an optional extra (increased from £2m)
Existing benefits of Renovation Plan’s insurance services include flexible 3 to 36 months policies with two weeks’ free extension as standard and the option for customers to select from three differing levels of cover to tailor the policy to the specific needs of their project.
