Finch Group snaps up its biggest deal to date, with the purchase of Oxfordshire-based Bridle Insurance; its eighth acquisition since becoming an Ethos Broking regional partner.
Bridle Insurance based in Witney, Oxfordshire manages £10m GWP and is a Commercial and Personal lines business with a strong focus on Fleet. Established over 45 years ago the brokerage now employs 17 people and is led by directors Neil Fox and Bob Turley.
Bridle Insurance will retain their office premises and the staff will all stay with the business. Neil will move into a consultancy role whilst Bob will join the Finch Group management team.
