The Clear Group completes on the new investment (10 October 2022) from Goldman Sachs Asset Management to accelerate to the next phase of growth
Clear Group, the award-winning Chartered Insurance Broker, has completed the previously announced investment by Goldman Sachs Asset Management which has agreed to acquire a majority stake in the business following its four-year partnership with ECI Partners.
The investment, which was first announced in June, will see the Clear Group continue to grow its business across the UK while providing significant investment in people, technology and innovation. Clear Group will also look to expand its reach into new markets through targeted M&A activity.
