Marsh, has today announced the appointment of Simon Thompson as Leader of its Chemicals and Life Sciences Practice for UK and Ireland.
In this role, Mr Thompson will have overall responsibility for ensuring that Marsh delivers its market-leading risk advisory and insurance services to clients across this dynamic segment of the European economy.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr Thompson joins Marsh from Aon, where he was International Director within the company’s global client unit. He previously led Aon’s Life Sciences and Chemical Practice for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Mr Thompson began his career with Sedgwick, now part of Marsh.
