Seventeen Group has completed the purchase of Bryce Smith & Partners on 29th July 2022.
Bryce Smith & Partners is based in Pimlico London and was established in 1985 by Richard Bryce Smith. The business, which handles GWP of £1.3M, focuses on Private Clients and has supported a small number of key insurers for many years. BSP will be integrated into Seventeen Group’s broking subsidiary James Hallam and Richard will be remaining with the business to help maintain client relationships.
