NC Insurance has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Insurance and Related Services 3 framework and specifically, lot 1 – brokerage and related services.

The framework encompasses the provision of insurance services for the UK public sector and associated bodies and agencies, the voluntary sector, charities, and private organisations delivering public sector services.

With streamlined buying processes and a small number of pre-vetted suppliers, public sector organisations can feel confident that CCS appointed vendors such as NC Insurance will be ideally suited to help them gain the advice, protection and best value pricing.

Richard Lloyd (pictured), Account Director at NC Insurance:

“Our work with public sector organisations, including NHS trusts, has allowed us to add value well beyond insurance savings. From advice on legislation and regulation to working with procurement teams on risk transfer mechanisms, our independent status means we can provide something different and better to what they might have experienced previously.”

Mark Stouph, Chairman of City Hospitals Independent Commercial Enterprises Ltd (CHoICE FM):

“Since appointing NC Insurance as our broker and based on our experience since, other trusts and public sector organisations look set to benefit from them being appointed as a supplier by the CCS. They took the time to understand our unique needs and ultimately helped us secure wider cover and a saving in excess of 25% compared to the Liability to Third Parties Scheme (LTPS).”

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2018/19, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth £945m – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
