Thomas Carroll Group plc, the insurance broking, health & safety and financial planning company, has enhanced its in house claims team with the appointment of a new Head of Claims, Helen Love and Senior Claims Executive, Chris Hackett.
Helen, brings 20 years of insurance experience and managerial skills to head up the claims team, who last year alone handled over 4000 claims with a settlement value in excess of £41m across a wide range of sectors.
With 30 years of experience, Chris previously worked at RSA and Cunningham Lindsey as a major loss adjuster and Chartered construction manager.
Chris has successfully handled a broad range of complex claims, from residential property damage and subsidence claims, to large multi-million pound construction and industrial losses.
Law graduate Roxanne Jones' appointment as Claims Executive brings added value and strength to the future of the team, with her commitment to the management of motor, property and liability claims.
