Lloyd’s is investing to significantly enhance its digitalisation capabilities as it transforms the market.

It is seeking new talent who will be excited to embrace the challenge and opportunities of building the Future at Lloyd’s.

After an analysis of potential locations where there’s a critical mass of the talent they are seeking, they have committed to create a ‘hub’ in Manchester by January 2022.

From this base, they will offer flexible working opportunities for team members to come together to work, connect and innovate as they need to.

There will be a significant number of digital roles based in Manchester. These will complement the skills and capabilities they have across their Global Network, and in their offices in Lime Street in London and Chatham in Kent.

Jennifer Rigby, Lloyd’s Chief Operating Officer said:

"We are excited to base our digital delivery capability in a new ‘hub’ in Manchester and attract new talent to Lloyd’s. I’m a proud Mancunian myself, and was delighted when our analysis showed that the City would be the best location to base our new hub. The roles we’re recruiting for are opportunities to help transform the Lloyd’s market and join an organisation where our teams have the tools, technologies and mindset for truly flexible working. This is an important next step for Lloyd’s and our digital ambitions."
