Jelf rewarded for top class Customer Service at UK Broker Awards

Jelf Insurance Brokers have won the Customer Service Award at this year’s UK Broker Awards held in London on the 25th September.

To win the award you must demonstrate consistent levels of service and customer satisfaction, and also prove that these levels have an impact on your business and also retention levels.

Jelf has been working with Investor in Customers since 2008 and has shown ongoing improvement in their IIC scores which have also had direct correlation with increases in their turnover and profit.
