GRP-owned Marshall Wooldridge has acquired Insurefirst Limited, trading as Bush & Associates (Bush).
The deal is Leeds-based Marshall Wooldridge’s sixth acquisition since becoming part of GRP in 2016.
Bush is based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and was founded as a partnership in 2000, before being incorporated as Insurefirst Limited trading as Bush & Associates in 2015.
It is run by Wayne Stevenson, Tish Stevenson and Tim Bush and is a well-established commercial and personal lines broker.
The management team and all employees will stay with the business under new ownership.

The deal has received Regulatory Approval: the consideration is undisclosed.
