Ethos Broking, the advisory broking arm of Bravo Group, has announced the appointment of three senior hires, all of whom have joined the executive team and will play a significant role in the company’s continued growth for 2020 and beyond.
Ethos Broking has promoted Vincent Gardner, previously Managing Director of Finch Group, to Director of M&A. Alan Sumner has transferred from Compass Network & CLM where he was Commercial Director, to take on the role of Regional Managing Director for the North and Peter Foster, previously MD at Hugh J Boswell will become Regional MD for the South.
All three individuals will report directly to Ethos Broking’s Managing Director, Richard Tuplin.
In these newly created positions Vince will oversee all M&A activity for Ethos Broking, working closely with the central team and the MDs at each brokerage to accelerate the company’s acquisition strategy. Alan and Peter will be responsible for the direction and control of all operational and commercial aspects of each region, whilst also ensuring efficient delivery and service to all internal and external clients.

Ethos Broking has made 30 acquisitions to date, 12 of those in 2019.
