Erskine Murray announce their third acquisition deal in the last 18 months

Erskine Murray has announced the completion of its acquisition of Houghton Insurance Bureau Ltd, a Bedfordshire-based independent insurance broker.

This is the company’s third acquisition in the last eighteen months, having recently acquired Offley Insurance Ltd, a Cheshire-based insurance broker and Asciak Holdaway Merritt Ltd, an Essex-based brokerage. This acquisition will serve to further strengthen Erskine Murray’s regional presence and is reflective of the company’s strategic vision as it continues to deliver on its commitment to high quality client services.
