Chartered independent insurance broker, Clear Insurance Management Ltd has announced two senior appointments to its leadership team. These latest appointments reflect the successful growth of the Clear business and continuing development of its strategy.
Victoria Canton has been appointed as Group HR Director with responsibility for driving the strategic development of human resources across the Group. Her key goals include developing a pipeline of leaders to champion Clear’s culture and values as well as establishing a highly talented, diverse, skilled and motivated workforce. Victoria joined Clear from Tokio Millennium Re, where she spent 10 years working across global offices and became a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, responsible for the HR functions in UK and Switzerland.
Jodie Horgan has been appointed as Group Sales and Marketing Director responsible for leading the business development strategy across the Group. Jodie previously spent 15 years at fellow Brokerbility member, Morrison Insurance Solutions, which was acquired by Clear in 2019. While at Morrisons, Jodie has fulfilled a range of different roles from claims, key client management, marketing to broking & sales management. She led the business development team at Morrison’s, which was instrumental in achieving 6% year-on-year-sales growth combined with a 95% client retention rate.
Early this month, the Clear Group appointed Mike Edgeley as its new CEO, to lead the next phase of Clear’s development.
