The Clear Group has announced (26 September 2023) the acquisition of Bluestone Insurance Services Limited. The deal enables Clear to expand its geographical coverage in the South West and is a continuation of its strategy to build a balanced and sustainable business.
Bluestone Insurance Services Limited is a chartered insurance broker based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, handling in excess of £5.4m GWP. This business has a strong reputation for providing insurance solutions across property owners, engineering, construction, fleet and commercial motor risks.
Under the deal, company directors Pauline Rushton, Dan Ogden and their team of seven have joined the Clear Group and will work closely with Clear colleagues to drive the business forward.
