Just one month after the last acquisition announcement, Aston Lark, the Chartered insurance broker backed by Goldman Sachs, has today announced the acquisition of Lloyd’s Broker, Brunel Professions.
Brunel Professions was established in 2005 and is one of the UK’s fastest growing and largest specialist Professional Indemnity Insurance Brokers. Acting for over 7,000 professional clients, they employ around 85 staff and have four UK offices, in Bristol, London, Manchester and Perth. As Lloyd’s Brokers, they have access to the world’s leading insurance markets allowing them to offer clients an extensive insurance solution. Specialising in PII, D&O and Cyber Insurance, they also provide an in-house specialist claims handling and risk management service. Their goal is to deliver fast, reassuring and informed client service, tailored to the individual needs of a client’s business.
