RSA video: Celebrating the future of leaders

We were very pleased to close our 2022 Broker Leadership Programme cohort on the 17th November this year, the seventh year we’ve run our programme. We have now seen over 70 future broker leaders learn and develop through a structured and testing syllabus.

Charles Brindamour and Ken Norgrove gave rousing speeches at the gala dinner held at Glaziers Hall in London where all the candidates were presented with their awards and celebrated with the wider Commercial and Specialty executive teams.

So, what’s the Broker Leadership Programme all about? Scott Fynn, Marketing Manager explains, “Well, we know that future leaders are the lifeblood of a thriving insurance market, and our passion is to help develop them. The challenges we all face today and in the future are going to be no different than in the past, but it’s the people that make the difference

It’s really important that we play a part in developing and growing our broker talent within the insurance industry and give back something to our brokers. The BLP, is designed to provide practical skills and knowledge to support and help grow individuals. For RSA that means delivering intangible brand value, getting us closer to our brokers and positioning RSA as more than an insurer.”

We are proud that candidates who have completed the programme and are now fully prepared to take on the role of a future broker leader. Our minds now turn to developing 2023, so do you have a future broker leader to go on the programme.
