Whiplash Reform Programme – top things you need to know

As you’ll be aware, next week will see a change in the way low value traffic accident claims – or ‘whiplash claims’ – are made. The government’s Whiplash Reform Programme aims to reduce the number of these types of claims and minimise the subsequent impact seen on the motor and insurance industry.
