RSA bolsters Southern leadership team

RSA Insurance has announced (22 February 2024) two hires in its Commercial Lines Business, with the appointments of Sarah Collins as Regional Manager for the South and Ben Francis as Sales Manager for the London & South. Sarah will lead the South underwriting team, delivering a strong service proposition to our mid-market brokers in the region. Ben will be responsible for leading the delivery of the commercial line's sales strategy in London and the South. 

Sarah is based in Horsham and will report into Steve Salter, Regional Director, South and Ben is based in London and reports into Alan Houston, Commercial Lines Sales Director.

Sarah joined RSA on the 5th of February and brings with her a wide range of skills and experience in underwriting, operations, sales and broking at several businesses in the sector including Allianz, PIB and Cobra.  She joined RSA from Covea, where she was Broker Development Consultant Team Leader. 

Ben starts his new role on 11th of March and has extensive sales, strategic account management and leadership experience. He joins RSA from HSB where he’s held a variety of sales roles and is currently a Regional Development Manager in the South of the UK.  Prior to HSB he worked for Allianz, Evolution and Towergate.

Were keen to expand the number of brokers we work with in the region and Ben will play a critical role in helping us do this.”
