Question set changes to RSA's online Property Owners product

Polaris are in the process of upgrading the current online question set on all commercial e-trading platforms.

Designed to help you trade quicker and more efficiently, there will be changes to the current online question set and data capture required for the Property Owners product. The upgrade will ensure we can make quicker and more accurate decisions based on the data you have provided and offer you a better service.

You may already be aware that Polaris, who facilitates the standards for the market, is in the process of streamlining and updating its digital trading standards for commercial lines insurance. We are currently working with Polaris and our software house partners to upgrade the Property Owners product within our Commercial e-trading platforms, due to take place in August 2021.

We’re keen to keep you well informed on any changes that may affect the way you trade with us, with as much notice as possible. We’re working through the changes in the background, so keep an eye out closer to the time for an update, ensuring the transition is as smooth as possible for you and your customers.
