NIG online claims now faster and simpler

When you’re registering new claims with us, you need the whole process to be as speedy as possible. We’re keenly aware of this – which is why we’ve revised our online claim forms. They now enable us to route claims faster, reserve more accurately and prioritise severe claims.
New forms, better service
You can use the forms for motor, property and liability claims. You’ll find them simpler to complete and submit, from your computer or mobile.
Also, the forms let you upload supporting documents, such as estimates, photographs, videos and dashcam footage – saving you even more time.
They’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on nig.com/claims – scan the QR code below, and you’ll go straight there. You don’t need to pre-register to access the system, and it’s open to customers as well as brokers.
