Developed in response to broker demand, our National Trading Centre (NTC) in Manchester brings together a team of experienced telephone account managers and empowered underwriters, to make a decision quickly, providing brokers with one consistent, attentive and responsive service regardless of geography.
Our 18 dedicated underwriters and 4 proactive telephone account managers are keen to talk to both existing and new brokers about their opportunities, big and small. With expertise across Commercial Combined, Motor Trade, Fleet and Property and access to the full NIG suite of products, risk management tools and claims capabilities, we’re very much open for business and our dedicated sales team are proactively looking for opportunities.
We pride ourselves on being flexible and developing solutions that meet your client’s needs. For example, we recently worked on a challenging opportunity which saw us providing a solution for a fleet of electric vehicles as part of a salary sacrifice scheme for a major energy provider.
