Folgate Insurance Company is excited to announce that it will be bringing its new Hotels & Guest Houses product to market in 2024.

This product is expected to launch in the coming weeks and is specifically aimed at businesses with a minimum of 7 bedrooms available to paying guests.

Folgate is always looking for ways to make life easier for brokers and has created a comprehensive package policy that has been designed with the target market in mind and that meets the needs of Hotel and Guest House businesses.

Keep an eye out for future updates on this launch

Ian Russell, CEO, said “I’m really excited to enter back into the Hotels market, and our £30m line size for property will allow us to look at a much wider scope of hotels too. The new statement of fact is a great journey for brokers and clients, and it won’t take more than a few minutes to complete”.
