DCL launches simplified policy documents

Same products. Same great cover. Simplified documents.
From the 1st April 2024, for all new and renewing policies, DCL are launching our new, simplified policy documents to ensure we are communicating our cover as clearly as possible.
What does this mean for policyholders?
There is NO change to the insurance cover offered across our portfolio of products, we have just taken the opportunity to simplify the language used in the policy documents as well as standardise and improve their layout.
We believe that this will ensure more user-friendly and clearer communication of the insurance cover we offer.
The updated policy documents are available on our website and are applicable to all new and renewing policies from the 1st April 2024. Scroll to find ‘Policy documents applicable from the 1st April 2024’ here.
