Hayes Parson's Ryan and Rosie complete unique 'double' in staff development
BIBA member Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers, from Bristol, has completed a unique ‘double’ in employee development.
In 2019 Ryan Legge won the BIBA Young Broker of the Year where he impressed not only in respect of his day job where he has an impressive proven track record but also due to his promotion of careers in insurance through the Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers’ apprenticeship scheme, which he also oversees.
More recently Ryan’s colleague Rosie Hulands was presented with the BIBA Prize for Best Performance CII Advance Diploma in Insurance during 2019 once again highlighting professionalism and dedication in the firm.
BIBA actively promotes career development and opportunities for younger brokers and two have two such prestigious award back to back in a single broker speaks volumes about the focus Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers has in this area.
