AXA UK&I’s Chief Executive Officer, Claudio Gienal, has today been named in Glassdoor’s 2021 Top CEO list. The list, which is based on reviews submitted by past and present employees, sees Claudio surrounded by leaders from all sectors of business, including peers within Financial Services. Claudio is the only insurance industry CEO to be included in the list.

Glassdoor is a web platform that allows current and former employees to submit anonymous reviews about an employer. Reviews are based on rating several aspects of employment experience, including sentiment towards the CEO. Over the past year, Claudio has scored an average of 97% approval rate based on all reviews about AXA UK&I, supporting the 4.3 out of 5-star rating for overall experience. This award follows placement earlier this year in the Glassdoor Best Places to Work list and The Times Top 50 Employers of Women, recognising the positive workplace culture embedded throughout AXA UK&I.
