AXA UK appoints Dave Pearce as Director of Retail Direct

• AXA UK has appointed Dave Pearce as Director of Retail Direct
• Dave will be responsible for overseeing strategy for AXA Retail’s Direct business

AXA UK has announced the appointment of Dave Pearce as Director of Retail Direct. Dave will be responsible for overseeing strategy and operations for the Direct business of AXA UK Retail Insurance.

Dave brings a wealth of leadership and underwriting experience having operated at senior levels in both technical and street pricing. He joins from Aviva where he was Head of Retail New Business and played a pivotal role in the creation of quotemehappy.com and the delivery of Aviva Online.

Dave starts in March 2022 and will report into Marco Distefano, Managing Director for Motor and Home at AXA UK Retail Insurance.

Dave will be part of AXA UK Retail’s Home and Motor senior leadership team and will help drive forward the team’s new strategic approach which places technology and the customer at the heart of its operations.
