Updates to Aviva's average no claims discount tables

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Protected No Claims Discount (PNCD) Information Order requires average no claims discount tables to be updated on an annual basis from 1 February every year.
We’ll be updating our new no claim discount averages for our Car, Van and Aviva Private Clients Distinct Motor products on eServices and software houses for new business quotes and renewal invites from 1 February 2022.
The order also requires brokers who trade personal lines motor insurance to submit an annual compliance statement to the CMA by 1 February every year. This needs to include copies of average no claims discounts for the insurers you trade with.
In January, we’ll let you know when our tables have been updated - and this will be reflected on the Car, Van and Distinct Motor product pages on our Aviva Broker website.
