The start of the year means we get to meet our latest cohort of broker delegates on the Aviva Future Leader Programme. Now in its sixth year, this year’s programme welcomes 23 delegates from as far and wide as Troon and Taunton. The new delegates represent some of the rising stars in the broker market, all eager to help grow their businesses and develop both professionally and personally.

'The first session of The Aviva Future Leader Programme is undoubtedly one of the dates that I look forward to most every year, and it was great to welcome our latest intake of broker delegates earlier this week. Before we know it, we’ll be enjoying their graduation ceremony in 2 years’ time, but until then, all of us at Aviva look forward to working with such an inspiring group.' - Nick Burrows, Senior Broker Propositions Manager

The Future Leader Programme is a mix of training, coaching and mentoring - covering all the key skills, knowledge and behaviours required to run a successful broker business. The course explores all aspects of life in an insurance brokerage - from business planning, practical team management, financial and boardroom skills to the more common situations brokers face day-to-day. The programme is designed to reflect real issues in a timely, topical way and brings this to life with real case studies and discussions from programme partners, guest speakers and mentors.

A big welcome to our 2023 delegates! We can’t wait to spend the next two years working together and being part of your future leader journey.
