The dedication, commitment and success of our fourth Aviva Future Leader Programme (FLP) cohort was celebrated at their graduation ceremony in London on 28th November 2023. Hosted by John Nutter and Dan Wall, our FLP course leaders, the graduation event witnessed the delegates, along with their sponsors and mentors, reflect on all the progress and special moments they achieved and experienced on the programme.
And as always, three special awards were announced at the ceremony:
- Delegate’s Choice Award - Jacob Duckworth (Anthony James Ltd)
- Trainer’s Choice Award - Amy Logan (AB&C Insurance)
- Andrew Scott Recognition Award - Awarded to Joe Perry (Sutton Winson Ltd)

The FLP is not just about completing the twelve course modules, it’s about forging connections, discovering one’s true self, and becoming a leader that the industry will look up to. Our class of 2023 certainly measures up!
