Aviva-award

Authored by Aviva

We were delighted to once again be among the big winners at the British Insurance Awards this week, proudly picking up three coveted titles on the night, including the ‘Risk and Resilience award’ and the ‘Business Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year award’.

To top off the night, our team were truly honoured to pick up the award for ‘Commercial Lines Insurer of the year’ for the second year running.

We’d like to take this opportunity to share this award success with all our broker partners and recognise the way you’ve all stepped up against the unique challenges the last 18 months has brought. We’re proud to partner with such resilient businesses that have not only had to negotiate change themselves but deliver against change for your clients too. It takes a partnership and it’s a winning partnership that we share and celebrate with all of you.

Commenting on the award, Nick Major MD Aviva CL said;

“On behalf of all of the Aviva Commercial Lines team, we’re thrilled to have been awarded ‘Commercial Lines Insurer of the year’ for the second year running. Reflecting on the last year I’m incredibly proud of what the team has achieved. Since bringing our Commercial business together our proposition is stronger, and as a result we seamlessly share knowledge and expertise to benefit our brokers, and clients, with our people focused on one ambition - delivering exceptional service.

Our Commercial Lines business is of course dependent upon the fantastic support we receive from our brokers so it’s important we continue to give you, our brokers, confidence to place your clients with us. That’s why we continue to listen to your feedback and ensure we show up in the best possible way for you and your clients and make it easy to do business with us. We’re proud to have your support and such a strong partnership with brokers”

As well as the award for Commercial Lines Insurer of the year, to be recognised for our work in Risk Management and Sustainability shows the importance placed on our added value support and the future thinking nature of our business. You can find out more about our award-winning Risk Management solutions for you and your clients, and our award-winning sustainability activity and ambition via the links below;

Aston Lark had a fantastic evening collecting four well deserved awards.

We are also thrilled to have been shortlisted in a number of categories in the Insurance Times Awards 2021, including Commercial Lines Insurer of the year and General Insurer of the year, and you decide who wins.
