Aviva makes enhancements to Fast Trade

As we all continue to adapt to the evolving world we find ourselves in, the ability to trade online has never been in such focus, and as ever, the enhancement and development of our Fast Trade platform remains at the forefront of our digital offering. We’re constantly taking on your feedback as to how you are using Fast Trade to best serve your clients and thus have implemented a number of changes so that we can continue to provide you and your clients with the best possible level of service.
The following enhancements will be live on Fast Trade from 15th February:
• The ability to include temporary drivers to a Minifleet policy on an NCD basis – The option of ‘Temporary Transaction’ has been added to the Minifleet mid-term adjustment types allowing you to add temporary drivers and temporary vehicles without the need to process multiple transactions.
• Making it simpler for you to request a Green Card for your clients – We’ve added the ‘Request a green card’ option to the ‘Quick Actions’ section of the Fast Trade homepage screen, making it as quick as possible for you to navigate to the required section of the site.
• An improved design for our product selection page – The redesign of this page makes it even easier for you to select and quote on the right Commercial Lines, Speciality Lines and Personal Lines products for your clients.
• Updated ‘Recent Clients’ selection tool – The ‘Recent Client’ selection tabs have been updated to display the name and first line of address for your clients making it straightforward to identify, select and requote the clients you’ve most recently quoted for.
Each of these changes have been implemented to help ensure Fast Trade remains as quick and easy for you to service your clients as possible, and allow us to provide you with the level of service and digital capability that you’ve come to expect from us at Aviva.
