Aviva introduces its new Claims Guide
Aviva has recently developed a comprehensive Claims Guide with everything you and your clients need to know about their SME claims services, all in one place.
When it comes to claims, Aviva want you to know they are on your side when the unexpected happens. In 2017 Aviva settled 96.1% of honest and fair claims, while continuing to defend you against fraudulent or inflated claims.
The new guide covers an overview of Aviva’s fantastic claims service from, Commercial and Personal Lines claims (Property and Motor) to, why it’s so important to let Aviva know about a motor incident as soon as it happens.
Aviva has also included some examples of how their knowledgeable claims experts have helped countless customers get back on their feet in times of need, while offering advice on how to prevent incidences occurring all together.
