Aviva announces new 2024-26 Future Leader Programme delegates

While we were sad to say our goodbyes to cohort 4 at the end of last year, it’s now the exciting time when we welcome our new Future Leader Programme delegates. As always, this year we have a diverse pool of broker talent from as far and wide as Omagh to Plymouth. Over the next two years, the delegates will work closely with our programme trainers and mentors and progress through 12 modules on an exciting journey to becoming great leaders.

The Future Leader Programme is a mix of training, coaching and mentoring - covering all the key skills, knowledge and behaviours required to run a successful broker business. The course explores all aspects of life in an insurance brokerage - from business planning, practical team management, financial and boardroom skills to the more common situations brokers face day-to-day. The programme is designed to reflect real issues in a timely, topical way and brings this to life with real case studies and discussions from programme partners, guest speakers and mentors.
