Designed to nurture regional insurance broker talent, the programme uses theoretical and practical exercises to develop the skills and knowledge required to tackle the challenges of running a brokerage. Delivered over two years, through bi-monthly workshops, on-line learning materials and assignments you’ll accelerate your learning in all aspects of running a successful business. Alongside a team of mentors and coaches sharing their own leadership experiences, you’ll also benefit from the strong relationships you’ll form with your fellow delegates.
The Aviva Future Leader Programme enables delegates to transform their businesses and lead with knowledge and confidence. Applications for cohort four are open now and you can apply right through till the end of September. To apply you’ll need to have the full support of your current business.
