Hello my name is Dave Dexter and I am one of the Risk Engineering Account Managers at MSIG.

Our corporate risk management philosophy is based on the principal that a quality risk engineering programme benefits both MSIG and our clients.

We use a consultative approach to form mutually supportive long term partnerships with insured clients and their brokers.  This helps us to minimise exposures to business risks, reduce losses, and hopefully stabilise premium volatility.

Our risk management service puts our clients at the centre of the risk management process.

Unlike many insurers, we do not impose a ‘one size fits all’ solution.

Our account managers and technical specialists work with our insureds to understand their needs first and foremost.  Together we identify key areas of risk and implement targeted and innovative risk engineering programmes that complement our clients’ corporate strategy.

Our risk engineering programmes really work.  We have many examples of our loss control programmes directly preventing multi-million pound property losses.

We have also shown year on year reduction is casualty, claim numbers and values amongst clients who actively participate in our risk engineering programmes
