Most coaches don’t understand the insurance world

Have you ever been frustrated when your Coach or Mentor doesn't seem to understand what it's like to work in your world?

Most coaches subscribe to the notion that you do not need to be a subject matter expert in order to coach or mentor effectively, and of course this can be true. It is also true however that where both people can speak the same business language and have real shared experiences, that the journey to effective and positive results can be shortened.

This is my view and why I decided to gather together a small team of Insurance Professionals, who are also experienced coaches and mentors, in order to provide a tailored service to other Insurance Professionals.

Our new business is staffed by a highly experienced team that inlcudes Sue Noble and Susanna Way.

The team has extensive experience of working in the Insurance Sector in a variety of Companies, in key functional areas and at all levels of seniority. To quote the vernacular we “definitely have the tee shirt’.
