Lark (Group) Limited has been shortlisted for the Training Award at the 2016 Insurance Age UK Broker Awards.
The award is designed to recognise:
- Investment in new recruits to the industry through apprentice programmes
- How a programme of career development training has played an integral role within the business, contributing to its success
- Approaches to ensuring skills and succession plans are delivered to internal promotions at management, boardroom and ownership levels.
This is the first time we have entered for this award, having previously won the Private Clients Broker Award three years running.
Now in their 23rd year, the UK Broker Awards are the leading platform for national recognition within the insurance broker market.
To be shortlisted for this award recognises our longstanding commitment to developing our people. We look forward to finding out the results on September 16th 2016.
