Hedron Network, the UK network arm of Global Risk Partners (GRP) a Brown & Brown company, has appointed two business development professionals with responsibility for supporting network partners.
Anna Wilkinson and Tom Lawlor will look after broker partners in the South East and the North East respectively, and both will report to Anthony Lee, Hedron development team manager.
Commenting on her role, Anna said: “I’ve known of networks for a long time now and have always utilised the benefits of them to help run the brokers that I have worked for previously. I really enjoy the consulting element of the role and I’m looking forward to working and engaging with our panel of brokers.”
Tom Lawlor said: “I’m determined to understand our network proposition in great detail and get across how valuable we are to our network members. We have the ability to foster strong relationships with both our insurer partners and Hedron members, supporting insurers and brokers alike.”
Anthony Lee said: “These new appointments are part of Hedron CEO Chris Haggart’s plans to invest in and boost support for partners. Our purpose at Hedron is our members, and giving our brokers access to high quality support is a core proposition from us.”
He added: “Growth is not just a buzz word at Hedron; as well as business development, we have a dedicated growth team who are supporting brokers at all stages of the client journey from identification of prospects through to renewal.”
Both Wilkinson and Lawlor, who began their new roles in July, come from broking backgrounds, and bring the business development team in Hedron to 10 -strong.
