Independent insurance broker Colmore Insurance Brokers Ltd continues to increase its presence with the acquisition of Webb Holton Insurance Brokers, another Birmingham-based company.
Colmore’s growth has been rapid and this acquisition represents a natural continuation of its expansion plans, taking the total number of staff at Colmore to 18.
Webb Holton is a well-established brand and business within the Midlands insurance marketplace and has a good mix of both commercial and high net worth personal clients. The Webb Holton team are looking forward to joining the exciting Colmore journey which has already seen the company grow significantly in just 18 months and is set to continue.
