In response to broker feedback, we’ve made two key changes which make it easier than ever to ensure you get a quote
1) We’ve changed the referral rules:
If your client has 3 or more years’ trade experience, we now class this as equivalent to a trade qualification
2) The Acturis risk question set has been updated:
We’ve improved the process by making all questions mandatory, so you can’t acccidentally leave them blank
And we’re already seeing a positive effect on our quote rate.
