As cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated, it is more important than ever for businesses to know how to manage and mitigate their cyber risks. Brokers are the valued partners to businesses trying to find the right protection, and cyber confidence plays in huge part in starting the right conversations with clients. To help, Travelers Europe has developed a comprehensive content toolkit designed to empower brokers to approach these situations with confidence and expertise.
The toolkit was derived from Cyber Breach Live, a webinar Travelers delivered in May for over 500 brokers in the UK and Ireland. The webinar was an interactive session that placed brokers first in the position of a cyber attacker, then in the position of an employee of a small- to medium-size business experiencing a breach. Taking part in these exercises, along with presentations from cyber experts during the session, helped attendees understand the elements of a cyberattack and speak more knowledgably about them.
Following the event, Travelers has released a full content toolkit to enable brokers to run their own version of Cyber Breach Live with clients or internally with peers. The kit contains:

- The host script, panellist bios and Travelers contacts
- Panel video recordings
