SSP receives 'We invest in people Gold Accreditation'
SSP is delighted to have been awarded the ‘We invest in people Gold accreditation’. Gold accreditation means that SSP not only has the policies in place, but everyone – from CEO to apprentice – takes ownership for making them come to life. Only 17% of accredited organisations achieve Gold, making this is a fantastic achievement.
Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Standard reflect the very best in people management practices. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People (IIP) Framework which is based on over 25 years of leading practice and the latest research and workplace trends. SSP has been an Investor in People since July 2014, and was re-assessed against the Standard in November/December 2020.
SSP is proud to be part of this community of 15,000 organisations across 75 countries which make work better, as the success of an organisation begins and ends with people.
