A personal thank you, to you our brokers, who have supported us through yet another extraordinary year.

It’s been fantastic seeing lots of you in person again. We’ve enjoyed getting out and about, meeting up with our brokers and attending functions such as the First Broker Events, the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards and key partner conferences, to name just a few.

I am proud that TheHub won at the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards 2021 for the second year running.  It’s great recognition for the enhancements and improvements we’re continually making.  Changes include a quick requote facility and new trade and Companies House look-up tools. All of which are designed to make trading with us easier than ever.  Please continue to share your feedback and ideas and we will keep listening and innovating.

Over the last 12 months we’ve been working hard on further new initiatives to enhance our offering.  Risk Assist has been extended by introducing Radius fleet management, and a new range of accredited eLearning risk-management courses. We have also launched our policy document finder tool; a step-by-step interactive guide steering you to the right place to find and download your client’s documents.

Most importantly, it’s the strong relationships we have, built and nurtured by our experienced local underwriters who are empowered to make decisions and want to trade, that has carried us through another turbulent year.  This provides momentum for a strong start in the New Year, and 2022 will see us continuing to grow our trading appetite. We look forward to continuing to work with you to meet your clients’ needs.
