Home & Legacy is making updates to all household, motor and landlord policy wordings for new and renewing customers, with effect from 1st February 2020.
The most significant change is that we are removing all of the administration charges that previously applied following cancellation, on all of our policies. Also, we’ll no longer collect or return additional or return premiums that are under £15 (excluding IPT).
It is also worth noting that specifically on our Ultimate and Premier Motor insurance policies, the cover provided under ‘Glass damage’ has been extended to include the cost of windscreen recalibration. Plus, on our Premier Motor policy, the limit of cover provided for a ‘Courtesy Car’ has increased from £4,000 to £5,000.
