Home & Legacy recently ran some market research about claims handling processes and as part of it, they asked 'In general, is there anything you think Home & Legacy could do to improve its claims service?' We are taking on board all of the suggestions for improvement, but we were delighted that two thirds of respondents said they were so satisfied; there was nothing we could do to improve!
