Brokers rate Home & Legacy Online 3rd in E-trading survey

Home & Legacy Online achieved 3rd position in the 2021 Insurance Times E-trading Survey report, maintaining its 4 star rating for three years in a row.

The survey took into account the views of 850 brokers working across a whole range of sectors, and Home & Legacy Online performed strongly in all 5 areas investigated by the survey, including:

  • Breadth of cover & product range
  • Quality & number of questions asked
  • Quality of support
  • Quotability and usability
  • Trading ease

In terms of the Quality of Support service factor – namely the operational support model that goes hand in hand with the platform – for the second year in a row Home & Legacy Online achieved a 5 star rating.

Home & Legacy Managing Director Barry O’Neill said of the results:

“I’m so proud that yet again, brokers have rated Home & Legacy Online as one of the best platforms available on the market. For a niche specialist, such as ourselves to feature in the top 3, alongside top insurers really does feel like an outstanding achievement.

We work hard to continually improve Home & Legacy Online. Following our addition of claims services in 2019, last year we added a Document Portal for access to customer documentation. Broker feedback is crucial in our evolution so thank you for telling us what you think.”

Home & Legacy also recently ran a separate survey to gather broker views on Home & Legacy Online, insights of which will be published soon.
