HDI Global Specialty UK appoints Claims Director

HDI Global Specialty UK (HDI) has appointed Kirsten Westly to the role of Claims Director.
She will report to Rafael Rebitzky, Managing Director and CUO of HDI Global Specialty UK with effect from 1 November 2022.
Kirsten Westly will take over the role from Clare Constable who will leave HDI in November 2022.
Rafael Rebitzky commented, “Since joining HDI, Kirsten has provided strong leadership to the Financial and Professional Lines claims team. She has built a very capable team that has provided excellent claims handling service to our broker partners.
Background
Kirsten Westly joined HDI two years ago and currently heads up the specialty lines insurer’s Financial and Professional Lines claims team. Westly is a qualified solicitor and has over 15 years’ insurance market experience having worked previously at The Hartford and Navigators.
