New year resolutions approach but something we don’t intend to change at Drect Commerical (DCL) is our desire to grow, engage with Insurance Brokers and win more awards...
Recently we have been shortlisted for Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year & Claims Team of the Year at the National Insurance Awards 2020.
Our Head of Development, Adam Marsh, said ‘This is a fantastic start for next year and yet more proof that we are getting plenty right. Our claims team continue to do a brilliant job fighting fraud and protecting policyholders incurred positions and this is only helped further by the Camatics system which, when in place, is resulting in average claims costs being 34% lower’.
Mr Marsh went on to say ‘As a business we have ambitious growth targets for the next year and beyond and intend to continue to write business in a sustainable way. We have big developments to announce in 2020 for our Haul In One platform. Our new apprentice starters are already doing their bit to ensure we have adequate resource in place to service all this extra business we are going to write. 2020 is going to be an interesting year with big names potentially withdrawing and other markets struggling with solvency.’
