Pay increases in 2023

Each year statutory rates of pay such as statutory maternity pay and National Minimum Wage (NMW) is monitored and reviewed, and often increases in line with inflation.

Employers need to ensure they are ready for the increases on 1 April 2023. Below is a helpful table for employers to use to ensure that they are paying their employees and workers the correct wage.
